When you fill out our contact form, one of our team members will respond within 48 business hours. However, to get a callback, we do require that you send photos or video of your landscape so we can get a better idea of your landscaping needs. Don’t worry though, we make this easy! All you need is your phone. We'll walk you through the process when you fill out our contact form.

During a 15-20 minute phone call, we will gather your landscaping information, discuss your ideas, and then set up a consultation appointment. If our company is a good fit for your project, we will let you know about our design fees and an approximate schedule for your landscape design. Then, we can schedule your on-site visit.

The first 20 minutes of our on-site visit will consist of our landscape designer listening closely to what you are trying to achieve with your landscape. We do a lot of listening to figure out what you really need.

We will collect the design fee at this time, and then we can get you on our calendar for the design presentation. Landscape designs are usually delivered within a week.

After the design has been completed, we will set up a 30 minute design meeting with a 2D plan and optional 3D renderings (3D designs are only done as needed and range from $75-$500). We allow for two rounds of revisions, and then we bill hourly for further revisions. When the design is approved, we deliver the proposed contract. 

We like to meet our clients in person, so we strive to find a time that works for you. This part of the process helps you better understand the Toy family experience.

Once you sign the contract agreement, we ask that you put down a 15% down payment to guarantee a spot on our schedule. We encourage most clients to visit our nursery and look through plants and materials with us, so we can choose the items that catch your eye.

We will call you ahead of time to give you a week's notice before we begin work. Our team will also notify PA ONE. Our project kickoff introduces you to the crew. You'll receive an email with a crew photo and short bio. We will provide information about your project manager, from whom you will receive regular Friday status updates and a project midway report.

On most projects, we collect 50% of the costs on the first day of the install.

After the project is complete, we will walk the landscape with you, telling you how things work and giving guidance on how to care for your investment. We'll discuss our ongoing landscape maintenance options, such as the TLC Program, which includes spring cleanup, summer maintenance, and fall cleanup.

The final 35% of the costs are due at the final walkthrough.
