An Easy Process that
Produces Excellent Results
When you fill out our contact form, we respond quickly to inquire about your landscaping needs. We ask that you provide us with photos or video of your landscape, so we can discuss features and unique challenges of your property.
During our initial consultation, we’ll talk through our design process and fees and give you an estimate of when you can expect a design from our talented team.
Our on-site visit involves a lot of listening on our part because we want to know what you're trying to achieve. We’ll collect the design fee and let you know when we will do the design presentation. Most designs are delivered within one week.
During this 30-minute meeting, we present you with detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the proposed design for your landscape. We also present you with a proposed contract, which includes two rounds of revisions.
Upon signing the agreement, we collect a 15% down payment that guarantees you a spot on our schedule. We encourage most clients to visit our nursery and look through plants and materials with us, so we can choose the items that catch your eye.
Our work begins with a Project Kickoff so you can meet our crew members. You will receive regular Friday updates on the status of the project. 50% of the payment is due on the first day of installation.
Upon completion, we will walk you through your new landscape and educate you on the care of your investment. The remaining 35% of the cost is due at this time. If you'd like, we can discuss ongoing maintenance options, such as our TLC Program.
